1. Controller
Budget Controller is provided by SpotPark.
2. Data we process
- Budget data: projects, expense lines, notes (stored locally on device).
- Email address: used when users request license recovery (email, OTP, magic link).
- Technical/advertising identifiers and approximate location: may be processed by AdMob SDK to display ads.
- Purchase data: Google Play product ID and purchase token used to validate purchases and activate premium license.
3. Purposes
- Provide app features.
- Activate/restore premium entitlements (ad removal, CSV export).
- Show ads for non-premium users.
- Fraud prevention and payment security.
4. Sharing
Some data may be shared with technical providers: Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, and backend infrastructure used for license management.
5. Security
Production network traffic is protected via HTTPS.
6. Retention
Server-side license data is kept as needed to operate the service and prevent fraud.
7. Data deletion requests
To request deletion of backend license-related data, contact support@spotpark.app and mention "Budget Controller" with your recovery email.
8. Children
The app may be available to younger audiences based on store rating. We commit to complying with applicable Google Play policies, including Families policy requirements where applicable.
